Meghan Haugen brings nearly two decades of operational leadership to Slick Rock Tanning & Spa as our Director of Operations, combining structure, strategy, and genuine care to elevate both the team and client experience.
With 19 years of experience spanning training, new store development, sales, and operations, Meghan’s career has been built on creating efficient systems, developing strong teams, and delivering consistently exceptional experiences. She was drawn to the tanning and wellness industry by the opportunity to apply disciplined operational structure in a space that creates meaningful, positive impact. Wellness has always been important to her, and this industry offered a unique way to blend education, care, and confidence, helping people feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally.
In her role at Slick Rock, Meghan focuses on building a consistent, elevated client experience by strengthening the systems, training, and communication that support teams every day. She works closely with leaders across the organization to ensure service standards, education, and operational processes are aligned, so clients feel informed, cared for, and confident from the moment they walk through the door.
