Ashleigh Sullivan brings an operations mindset, an eye for detail, and a genuine love for the people behind the brand to her role as Special Projects Coordinator at Slick Rock Tanning & Spa.
Ashleigh’s professional background is rooted in operations and administration. She spent seven years with a credit union, beginning as a teller and working her way up to Executive Assistant for the Chief Credit Officer and Chief Lending Officer. She later expanded her experience managing budgets, events, and training coordination for a regional engineering firm. But her history with Slick Rock goes back even further—Ashleigh was part of the team in the company’s early days. After leaving to pursue opportunities in other industries, she found herself missing the connection and warmth of the self-care space and ultimately made her way back to Slick Rock.
Today, Ashleigh works behind the scenes to build many of the programs and systems that shape the team—and ultimately, the client experience. From hiring and onboarding key roles to coordinating training, recognition programs, and processes across nine locations, her work helps create consistency throughout the organization. She believes an experience only feels effortless when someone is paying close attention to the details behind it. When teams understand what excellence looks like, have the tools to deliver it, and see great work celebrated, clients feel the difference.

Outside of work, Ashleigh’s greatest joy is being a wife—and mom to four girls—a role that keeps life busy in the best possible way. She loves spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors, traveling, and taking spontaneous drives to places she’s never explored. And when adventure isn’t calling, she’s equally happycurled up on the couch with a great show or movie.
